The DB Life Mobile app is a convenient and easy-to-use tool that helps you to manage your life insurance policy more efficiently.
When you first launch the app, you will be required to give your consent to access certain permissions. The details of the permissions are as follows:
- Photos/Media/Files: Used for photo selection function and joint certificate transmission (reading, copying) when claiming accident insurance.
- Camera: Used to use the document shooting function when claiming accident insurance.
- Phone: Used to use the visible ARS service.
- ARS: Upon initial installation of the app, informational or commercial mobile content provided by the incoming/outgoing party with the user's consent is displayed.
